Cabin Day # 3

Progress from Monday and a few hours today.

Got enough done to take it easy and clean up the construction mess .



Tom starting off in the dry-out with entry cutout and ready to frame .Tom put his cot by the windows being the first one to spend a night in the bedroom .This morning rolling out.


Yesterday afternoon windows are in .




We put this in for a look up the mountain and ventilation .



Tom taking in all he could .













A room with a view.


Today's hours were put to window trims

















A look at footings and raised floor construction





Last chore today was a quick trip down to the water hole for a drink .









Be back on the air soon .
Taking a break for a few .

    I really like the photo of your house on the hill where u can see the usa flag and texas flag.

  3. Yep same foundation for mine.

    I am considering using poles 7 foot and for ecconimic reasons they can be longer and cut in half or even three times to get 3 , 7 footers out of one. thanks for the help.
